Dear Members of ALAC<br>

I´m sending by attach a Document with Terms of Reference, by AGEIA
DENSI, Argentina.<br>

This mail was sent on Saturday, but I´m sending it again.
<br>

We also want to congratulate ALAC Members because of the great
opportunnity that ALSs like us have, to provide our point of view in
such an important topic. Despite of that, we also consider that this is
not the best time to discuss TOR of ALAC´s Work. Why? Because in so
many years ALAC has been working to reach this moment, and if we have
recently 5 RALO´s formed, and are going to have 10 of 15 ALAC members
who are a sort of Region Representatives, so just now, the ICANN´s
communnity should wait a bit more, so these process would be able to
get stronger and then starting to evaluate all. <br>
