[alac] Nominations for Chair

All,

at the end of the nomination period, I have received the two following
accepted nominations for the position of Chair:

Annette Muehlberg
Sebastian Ricciardi

(A third nomination was declined by the individual.)

I would now like to ask the candidates to post ideas, plans,
considerations and everything else they think necessary to convince the
other ALAC members to vote for them. Also other members can make
questions if they like.

I will then hold an online vote between March 13 and March 20, so that
we can finalize the appointment before the Wellington meeting, and then
move to the election of vice Chairs.
