Thank you very much to those who have helped with re-crafting and clarifying language. Some of the responses I received fell into the category of implementation issues which are being discussed, in detail, in a series of internal staff calls. I am happy to take further suggestions and improvements over the next few days whilst I complete the drafting of the Final Report.
