The purpose of the 18:00 welcome was because the LAC meeting was supposed to
last longer, preventing LAC people to attend.
As Erick has been so successful in keeping the pace of the LAC meeting, they
could attent the earlier session.
I am not sure that there is a stringent need not to have an overlap between
ALAC and the Welcome.
