Here is the latest BC policy calendar, for use during 14-Jul BC member call.
Channel 1. BC participation in ICANN Public Comment process:

2. Preliminary Issue Report on the Current State of the UDRP (15-Jul)

Please review BC comments drafted by Sarah Deutsch and circulated 9-Jul. 
(attached).

4. Expanding Developing Economies Participation in New gTLD Program
(also known as Joint Applicant Support (JAS) second milestone report)   (29-Jul)

5. Report from Board-GAC Joint Working Group   (6-Aug)

6. Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy (IRTP) Part B,  PDP Recommendations for

topic.  Based on member interest, the BC selects topics on which to submit

regarding consumer trust, choice, and competition.  BC draft proposed these 
definitions in the context of the DNS and new gTLDs:

Competition is the availability of multiple suitable TLDs and multiple 
Registrars where registrants may seek their desired domain name at reasonable 
prices and terms.

Consumer Trust is the perceived integrity of domain name registrations such 
that Internet users have confidence that a domain name is held to the 
advertised purpose and standards of the TLD operator, ICANN and relevant law.

Consumer Choice is the availability of TLDs that offer competing propositions 
as to the purpose and integrity of their domain name registrants.
