Dear Working Group Members;

We were not able to identify a day and time this week with enough critical mass 
for a Geographic Regions Review Working Group call.  Let's try again for next 
week.  A new scheduling poll can be found at this link -

We will schedule the next call based on poll responses submitted by this Friday 
at 1200PM EDT and announce the results shortly thereafter.  Thank you all for 
your patience and flexibility as we look for a good day!

Utilizing your topic/issue matrix responses to date, I will begin to work on a 
draft Final Report framework document with the intent of sharing that document 
prior to the next call.
