Dear Working Group Members;

I hope that you are all well and have had a productive time since the ICANN 
Public Meeting in San Jose Costa Rica.

Costa Rica Transcript

The transcript from the San Jose Geo Regions Public Workshop has been posted 
(see -

 at http://costarica43.icann.org/node/29703) and, based on community input, 
Dave reports that he is working on some potential modifications to the draft 
Final Report.

Scheduling Next Meeting

I have prepared a Doodle scheduling poll 
(http://www.doodle.com/4wwdv658b523t4ga) to help you collectively pick a time 
for a Working Group meeting to discuss how to proceed with your Final Report 
efforts.

Over a 9-day period (no Fridays) in the next two weeks, the poll lists three 
potential meeting time slots each day right around 1200 UTC.  That time window 
has traditionally provided the best potential time for you all to meet. I 
apologize for the plethora of option choices in the poll, but I am hopeful that 
the array of potential slots will allow you to quickly fill out the poll AND 
help us to identify some good meeting time slots while avoiding a series of 
emails strings trying for different alternatives.

at your earliest convenience.  Once we have a time arranged, I'll circulate a 
draft agenda for the meeting.

Meeting Prep Ideas

In the meantime, for your convenience I am attaching a copy of the Issue 
Tracking Checklist List that I circulated prior to the San Jose meeting so that 
you can re-familiarize yourselves with some of the issues and concerns that 
community members raised regarding the Draft Final Report. I have also attached 
a copy of the San Jose transcript for your review.

Please feel free to suggest any meeting agenda items or start an email dialogue 
on any observations you'd like to share regarding the checklist or particular 
community points of view that you identify in your review of the transcript.
