Dear ICANN Board,
I respectfully submit the following four points for your consideration:
1. As an Internet user I used ICANN procedures to file complaints.
2. The ICANN Compliance department did not properly handle my complaints or
enforce the registrar contract as written.
3. As an Internet user I filed a complaint with the ICANN Ombudsman about
the failure to enforce.
4. The Ombudsman did not investigate my case.
