Mueller "Comment of Noncommercial Stakeholder Group members" is NOT an Official NCSG Comment
The "Comments of Noncommercial Stakeholder Group members on ‘Closed generic’ TLD applications" submitted by Milton L Mueller on 3/4 at 21:09 are most emphatically NOT official comments of the NCSG although many people have now misinterpreted them as such. The comments are submitted solely by members of the NCSG as the first line and signatories reveal. Another comment will be submitted shortly by another group of NCSG leaders and members Strongly Opposing Closed Generic New gTLD applications.
