ICANN MUST allow bidding for the .COM contract with other companies.
Verisign should not have a monopoly over the extension and many companies
have the technical capabilities to handle the DNS requirements.
How come each time the contract comes up for renewal the public asks for
competitive bidding and ICANN never does it?
