Business Constituency comment on Neustar's proposal for country and territory names
The ICANN Business Constituency (BC) submits the attached comment on Neustar’s proposal to allow registration of country and territory names currently reserved per Section 4 of Specification 5 of the Registry Agreement Andy Abrams, Martin Sutton, and David Fares led drafting for the BC.
