ALAC comments on the 2nd draft proposal of the CWG-Stewardship
On behalf of the ALAC, I am submitting the attaching comments on the 2nd Draft Proposal of the CWG-Stewardship. These comments are the result of extensive consultation within At-Large and the Ad Hoc group formed to support the CWG initiative as well as that of the CCWG-Accountability. This submission has not yet undergone ratification by the ALAC, but given the level of consultation, there is little doubt that it will be ratified.
