 Preserve Access To National Courts
To: "comments-igo-ingo-crp-access-initial-20jan17@xxxxxxxxx"	<comments-igo-ingo-crp-access-initial-20jan17@xxxxxxxxx>Subject: Preserve Access To National CourtsFrom: "Edge, Ronald D" <edge@xxxxxxxxxxx>Date: Fri, 10 Mar 2017 11:20:16 +0000
One of the worst goals of the current efforts of corporations is to destroy
access to their national courts by litigants. Instead, the corporations want to
remove any liability for themselves from courts and due process of law, and
enforce arbitration as only means of recourse. Of course the arbitration panels
always end up selected by and controlled by the corporations. The result is a
further erosion of the protection of the rights of individuals, and access to
determination of ownership and rights through a due process in courts under law
established in their nation of residence.
I am totally against this movement which erodes legal rights of owners of
domains, and removes their access to due process under legal structures in the
courts of their nation of residence.
