Dear ICANN,

Please find attached the consensus Reply Period Comment from the New gTLD
Applicant Group (NTAG) on the New gTLD Auction Rules.

NTAG Members and the NTAG Auctions Working Group specifically worked
extremely hard to achieve unanimous consensus; no easy task given the
importance of this matter to nearly all applicants.

We therefore urge the ICANN Board and Staff to seriously consider the
points herein.
