WHOIS privacy

Dear ICANN,

I am writing today because I am concerned about the possible changes to 
the rules that would largely eliminate WHOIS privacy services. People 
registering domains have many legitimate reasons to not want their 
contact information exposed to the Internet at large; in cases of actual 
abuse or crime, law enforcement can get this information with a court 
order.
I urge you to reconsider.
