iCANN - Privacy Issue

Dear ICANN Decision Makers,

Concerning a set of proposed rules regarding WHOIS privacy services, it 
dismays me that you would consider allowing the divulging of private 
information. I therefore urge you to respect users' privacy rights. 
Personal information should only be revealed with a court order, when 
such information is requested to stay private by the user. This is 
regardless whether that request is made by a private individual, private 
corporation, or any law enforcement agency.
