Comment on Domain Privacy dissolution

To ICANN,

I see no reason to be bombarded with advertising, have my name & address 
collected and added to who knows what list and sold (this WILL happen) just 
because of the remotest chance that government agencies might stumble across a 
terrorist because they can collect this data without notice.
Prove a legitimate need via the established methods in the judicial system 
before invading my privacy. In other words, convince a judge I am a potential 
criminal! That is what he is there for.
