Please Do Not Kill the Internet

ICANN,

This seems to me like a horribly short-sighted idea. With this new rule,
anyone (a corrupt government, an evil crimelord, or just the nearest group
of angry teenagers) can kill, attack, or antagonize anyone whose message
they don't like (Threaten the webhost until the website goes down). This
will be a chilling blow to the free and vibrant spirit of the internet for
little to no gain as far as I see.

Please do not go through with a rule that will send chilling effects
throughout the internet and damage the essence of what is the internet.
