DO not implement WHOIS privacy services rules

Dear ICANN,

Regarding the proposed rules governing companies that provide WHOIS privacy 
services (as set forth in the Privacy and Policy Services Accreditation Issues 
Policy document):
I urge you to respect internet users' rights to privacy and due process.  

WHOIS privacy services is the only way to prevent online harassment and threats 
to be carried out. These services does not guaranty anonymity but protects 
people against unlawful conduct (such as online harassment, death threats and 
rape threats).
The proposed changes will force many users to close their website.
