.eu, .be and .nl domains can be private. Why can't .com?

Dear Icann,



Privacy is security. So it should be treated with care.



With .nl domains the whois shows a name plus email address, which is enough 
information for any person to confirm who the owner of the domain is.

Lawyers and official institutions have access to the full whois information, so 
copyright and legal issues can still be addressed accordingly.



Because the privacy is ensured people don't have to falsify or hide their 
information anymore, which at the same times helps with the enforcement of 
regulation on the internet.



Why don't you copy this system?
