Continue allowing domain owners to keep their identity private. There is no
need to explain why a domain owner would want to prevent the general public
from accessing their personal information. (If a site is doing something
illegal, the information is already available to law enforcement agencies,
isn't it? It's none of anybody else's business.) I am disgusted by this, and
suspicious of the motivation behind it.
