There is a need for privacy

Dear ICANN -

There are many legitimate needs for privacy on the Internet. Please 
respect them.
Law enforcement officials can already contact privacy proxies to get the 
information they need through legal channels, and commercial entities 
are already subject to the checks and balances that payment providers 
are under. Exposing individuals' names and addresses publicly will only 
make malicious activity easier, I can't see how it will reduce crime. 
Privacy is a good that should not be easily traded.
