Dear ICANN,

Regarding the proposed rules governing companies that provide WHOIS
privacy services (as set forth in the Privacy and Policy Services
Accreditation Issues Policy document):

There is no reason to make it a requirement to disclose private information.

Court orders are sufficient to get lawbreakers. Those that aren't
lawbreakers risk getting harassed by internet trolls through
information obtained via WHOIS.
