ICANN and WHOIS

Dear ICANN

A policy change has been proposed concerning WHOIS privacy. I am writing to 
express my concern that making people's address details public, without the 
option of using a privacy service, represents a pointless retarding of liberty 
and wouldn't affect criminal activity, as those involved in illegal activity 
would chose more anonymity than a mere WHOIS opt-out.
