Dear ICANN –

Regarding the proposed rules governing companies that provide WHOIS
privacy services (as set forth in the Privacy and Policy Services
Accreditation Issues Policy document):

We all have a right to protect our identity from online bots,
automatic scans and so forth. No government agency or private entity
should be able to get a domain owners identity without a court order
or other official process already in existence. Please do not
implement this rule, thank you
