Dear ICANN –

Regarding the proposed rules governing companies that provide WHOIS privacy 
services (as set forth in the Privacy and Policy Services Accreditation Issues 
Policy document):

Internet privacy is under attack from all sides, and I side with privacy 
protection and due process. 
- As a small business, I have the right to keep my personal information private 
and separate from my business.
- No one’s personal information should be revealed without a court order, 
regardless of whether the request comes from a private individual or law 
enforcement agency. 

Personal information should be kept private. Thank you for your consideration.
