Dear ICANNー
In relation to the proposals regarding WHOIS privacy:
Private information should not be revealed without either the consent of the
party concerned, or a warrant issued by an independent court.
I would urge you to consider the potential for abuse in a system which
would allow such warrantless disclosure of personal information.
ICANN should also consider whether this is compatible with data protection
law.
