proposed rules governing companies that provide WHOIS privacy services (as set 
forth in the Privacy and Policy Services Accreditation Issues Policy 
document):</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">I urge you to 
respect internet users' rights to privacy and due process. </span><br/>
<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">- No one’s 
personal information should be revealed without a court order, regardless of 
whether the request comes from a private individual or law enforcement 
agency.<br/>
- The amount of spam, and unsolicited e-mails, phone calls, and junk mail that 
website owners received when their information is not protected is outrageous. 
 We should not be forced to divulge our contact informaiton without a 
legitimate need and court order.</span><br/>
