I have been informed that ICANN is considering changing their rules on privacy.
I want you to know that 'Domain by proxy' and other private protection already
protects me, but their services would be rendered ineffective if You gave out
my
personal information without so much as a warrant, or legal demand.
Citizens are supposed to be "Innocent until proven guilty" and these new rules
will have the opposite effect. I urge you to reconsider any new rules under
consideration for July 7th, 2015. The vast majority of us are not guilty.
