Please do not put our private information in the public domain

 Dear ICANN –
Regarding the proposed rules governing companies that provide WHOIS privacy
services (as set forth in the Privacy and Policy Services Accreditation
Issues Policy document):
We are a small business and register our domain using our personal address.
I DO NOT wish for this to be placed in the public domain, as it not only
compromise our right to privacy but could also have security implications
if say a competitor finds out where we live. I would imagine this must also
be the case for tens of millions of other small business owners.
I am deeply concerned and urge you to respect internet users' rights to
privacy and due process.
- Everyone deserves the right to privacy.
- No one’s personal information should be revealed without a court order,
regardless of whether the request comes from a private individual or law
enforcement agency.
Private information should be kept private. Thank you.
