ICANN - Respect Our Privacy

Dear ICANN

Regarding the proposed rules governing companies that provide WHOIS privacy
services (as set forth in the Privacy and Policy Services Accreditation
Issues Policy document):

I urge you to respect internet users' rights to privacy and due process. 
- Everyone deserves the right to privacy. 
- No one's personal information should be revealed without a court order,
regardless of whether the request comes from a private individual or law
enforcement agency. 

I have websites that is not privacy protected, due to which my Physical
address, email address and phone number is exposed. I keep getting spam
emails and also fake phone calls trying to retrieve banking information and
what not etc etc. I Plan to use the Privacy protection to overcome this. AND
IT IS THE ONLY SOLUTION TO PREVENT CRIMINALS FROM EASILY GETTING HOLD OF OUR
PHYSICAL ADDRESS ETC.

I strongly recommend that PRIVACY PROTECTION should be the DEFAULT, as there
are a lot of new/inexperienced domain owners who do not know the said
consequences and get spammed and fooled by bad people out there on the
internet.

Private information should be kept private.
