Restrictions on the companies offering WHOIS privacy services

Dear icann

I have been using Domains by Proxy for five years to keep my private address 
details, which were required to register our company domains, out of sight of 
our clients and the wider public, neither of whom has any legitimate need to 
know these details without recourse to the due process of the usual legal 
channels.  I regard the current proposal to limit these services a potential 
threat to the safety of my family.
