If the result of this change is that an individual’s personal address / contact
details become visible (including because they may be running a small business)
to anyone viewing the database then this is clearly wrong. In my view this
violates their privacy and is open to abuse. Such information should only be
disclosed under exceptional circumstances, such as a court order.
