Dear Design Team,
As you stated in the document there are several risks related to RFC5011
implementation and misconfiguration of DNS resolvers. Besides Google, OpenDNS
and other big players there are plenty of minor DNS operators who may not be
aware of the ROOT KSK change. Do you plan any far-reaching information campaign
among ISPs? For example in cooperation with RIRs?
