This application failed; and today CentralNic remain the owners of a Domain Name that they're using to violate US Law 15 U.S. Code § 1125 - False designations of origin, false descriptions, and dilution forbidden.</div><div><br></div><div>As you'll read in the Guardian Newspaper article, said of CentralNIc: <b>"They are the fool's gold of the internet."</b></div><div><br></div><div>Additional key points, where UK Consumers were warned of the fraud being perpetrated with ".COM" </div><div><br></div><div><i>> "CentralNic is lobbying to have subdomain names recognised by Icann, for obvious commercial reasons, but for now this remains only a remote possibility."</i></div><div><i><br></i></div><div>> <i>"selling what are known as 'sub-domain' names, which cannot be registered and are largely worthless" going on to say "the suffix has created confusion, - and internet firms have cashed in" </i></div><div><div><i><br></i></div><div><i>> "Yet the addresses offered are not acknowledged as true domain names by the internet's official registration agencies.
