FTC Staff, Penny, Robert and IPR

&nbsp;points for You, that'll show how negligent ICANN's been, by allow a
Domain Name Registrant &nbsp;{ CentralNic } &nbsp;to evade the United States
Law, 15 U.S. Code § 1125 - False designations of origin, false descriptions,
and dilution forbidden, that prevails over &nbsp;".COM" &nbsp;in addition to
the RAA Section 3.7.7.9 that ICANN has ignored enforcing since conception,
aided by WIPO, shortly thereafter.</div><div><br></div><div>Your &nbsp;"TMCH"
and "Defensive Registration" &nbsp;process is nothing but a Racketeering scam,
in it's purest form.</div><div><br></div><div>Thus ICANN and some of your RySG
Stakeholder Ilk are being charged for Racketeering, under United States Law, 18
U.S. Code § 2320 - Trafficking in counterfeit goods or services, at
the&nbsp;UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT, under the MANDAMUS
of:</div><div><br></div><div>Enforce Antitrust Law on ICANN Et
