Two Week Extension Granted

Dear Kathy,

Please note that since this comment period was designed to be longer than the 
standard 40 days (in this case more than 60 days),  we can accommodate a two 
week extension, closing on March 13, 2015.  A longer period could cause a delay 
in achieving the milestones communicated to the Community.

The Accuracy Reporting System methodology (ARS) and Pilot Study findings have 
been widely shared and communicated with the Community over the last year, 
including at the Los Angeles and Singapore Meetings.    For more information
