Dominik and all,

  Frankly eliminating Domain Name speculation would go far
in addressing Tasting, Domain Name Warehousing, and Front
Running and I believe that Domain Name speculation should
be banned all together.  But eliminating Domain Name speculation
will not in and of itself, eliminate Tasting nor Front Running.
