Subject: More on fairness in the prioritization draw

Dear ICANN,

In addition to our comment submitted on
October 30th., which we attach herewith
in letter format, we would wish to express
the following:

We are opposed to any initiative that calls
for prioritizing any category of applications
other than IDNs. This would constitute an
unfair and unwarranted advantage over the
rest of the applicants.

In line with several comments published to
date, the simple and equitable solution to
ensure fairness in the process, is to allow
applicants a single place in the waiting line,
whether they have one, or ten, or three
hundred applications. If they have more
than one application, these can get into
succesive waiting lines, but they never
get more than one application in the line
at a time. Thus applicants with only one
or two applications are not disadvantaged
in the process.

Thank you.
