hi all,

here's a link to a page on our wiki where i've begun documenting our 
conversation about how we want to handle confidential information;

i've posted the relevant part of the charter there, plus three documents.  

        - the work-product of the 5 Singapore brainstorming teams
        - the consolidated-notes version that resulted from our teleconference 
yesterday
        - a draft of an "approach" document (my attempt to summarize the 
summary)

please take a look at these (and feel free to comment) before our call next
