[dssa] weekly status report

hi all,

here's the status report for the week.  summary view -- "nice try Mikey, but 
that first worksheet was kinda broken."  thanks to all who filled it out.  a 
new version (currently including columns for "impact" "likelihood" and 
"controls") is under construction and, if i can get it by my co-chairs without 
too much damage, i'll push it out to the list early next week.  we're also 
homing in on methods for doing our analysis.
