All,

I do agree with Mikey's comments and would be ok (and more in favour of) 
Don's "anti dynamics". So far, we missed SM's comment. I think his point 
is right, we wouldn't need thisvery  paragraph where it's currently 
located. But I wouldn't wanna miss a reference on our intent to cooperate 
with other groups and organisations and how we do so. So we should just 
relocate it.
