hi all,

tomorrow is a very strange day indeed.  by complete coincidence there are no 
co-chairs or staff available to lead the teleconference.  i am observing World 
Wetlands Day by spending the whole day in a hearing to try to keep hundreds of 
industrial frac sand trucks out of our little valley here.  

so we DSSA people be taking a week off and picking up the conversation again as 
usual next week.
