<html><head></head><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode:
space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; "><div>i did a few things over
the weekend, so we're up to a 21-April version (which i've attached).
&nbsp;since the mark up is getting pretty busy, let me pull out the changes and
highlight them in this post.<div><br></div><div>Julie Hammer brought up the
idea of a <b>data repository</b> on the call and we went back and forth a
couple times off-list -- after that, i stole all her ideas and came up with
this addition;</div><div><br></div><blockquote class="webkit-indent-blockquote"

Repository</div><div><br></div><div>The sub-group may determine that it is
useful to&nbsp;track the nature and status of confidential information that it
receives.&nbsp;&nbsp;This is a preliminary description of what&nbsp;such
a&nbsp;repository could entail.&nbsp;&nbsp;The DSSA&nbsp;is in continuing
discussion on this item and may have additional suggestions&nbsp;and tools at
the time that the sub-group is formed.</div><div><br></div><div>If the
sub-group elects to establish a repository,&nbsp;it should be managed by a
single trusted member of the sub-group.</div><div><br></div><div>Possible
Content</div><div><br></div><div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span"

signed</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>- &nbsp;Change of status (e.g. some
information may&nbsp;become less sensitive after a period of time, or
information was withdrawn by&nbsp;the
source)</div></blockquote><div><div><div><br></div><div>the next idea came from
Cheryl -- <b>proxy members</b>, so i stole that idea and put it in the
"selection" sentence</div><div><br></div></div></div><blockquote

the DSSA-WG in conjunction with information-providers (sometimes those
discussions may be held in private) to include members solicited from the
DSSA-WG,&nbsp;<u><i>members who are acting as proxies and/or advocates for one
or more information-provider</i></u>, and outside experts who may have relevant
information to provide relating to the issue(s) to be considered by the
sub-group.&nbsp;<span>&nbsp;</span><span>&nbsp;</span></span></p></div></div></div></blockquote><div><div><div>and
the final change was a revision of the controversial "vouching" language based
on a comment from Jim Galvin -- making it clear that <b>people just need to
maintain a <u>level</u> of
"vouchedness"</b></div><div><br></div></div></div><blockquote

 concludes my report.
