hi all,

just a quick note (to both lists, sorry about the duplicates) to let you know 
that the final version of the Phase 1 material is up on the wiki.  i'm sure 
there are mistakes.  i own those.  the rest of you own a darn fine piece of 
work and now it's time to get the word out.  here are links to the documents.  
spread the news!  pat yourselves on the back!
