[gnso-idn-wg] GNSO IDN WG - Updated draft Outcomes Report

Dear all,
Following yesterday's conference call, please find attached an updated draft
of the Outcomes Report with the following sections changed in line with the
call discussions:
- 4.1.3 (replaced "espana" with "caxap" as example, thus sweetening the text
with Russian sugar ;-) 
- 4.2.3 (rephrased, please check, also the added "support" statement)
- 4.3.1 (rephrased, please check)
Also, section 4.2.5 has been changed to reflect the current state of
affairs, Avri's suggestion has been added in 4.3.6 as a "support" statement
(to be discussed further) and a few typos have been corrected.
