handles transfer complaints for both our wholesale and retail

numbers are so low that we don’t have any formal tracking of transfer issues,
and I wonder if this will even be particularly
enlightening.<o:p></o:p></div><div class="MsoNormal"

style="font-size:12pt;">We’ve taken part in something like 4 TDRPs ever, none
in the past couple years.<o:p></o:p></div><div class="MsoNormal"

style="font-size:12pt;">There is however a low level number of complaints and
issues around transfers we typically deal with informally between ourselves and
another registrar. This includes both gaining and losing issues.
Apparently we deal with ~12 of these a year.<o:p></o:p></div><div

class="MsoNormal" style="font-size:12pt;">As our model is primarily wholesale,
it’s safe to assume there is going to be at least some transfer issues that are
dealt with at the reseller level without reaching us, but the volume is low
enough not to generate any material issues.<o:p></o:p></div><div
