Thank you Arthur, we will review your edits during today¹s call.

For the remainder of the report, just a reminder to all that we have TWO
remaining calls (today and next Tuesday) to put the finishing touches on
our Report & Recommendations.

The largest remaining item to be addressed is the issue of the nonexistent
IRTP-C dispute mechanism.  I believe we can address this by making some
modifications to our recommendation that calls for further IRTP work &
data gathering.  We can discuss today.

Following today¹s call, the objective will be to designate all
recommendations as having FULL CONSENSUS.  If you do not believe you
support a recommendation in its existing form, your raised objections must
be accompanied by proposed alternative language.  We can then either
modify the language, or drop the consensus level down to ³CONSENSUS.²

Thanks for sticking it out thus far.  We are very near the finish line!
