Dear WG members,
With regret, David Roache-Turner and myself will unfortunately not be able to 
call in for tomorrow's call, due to respective conflicting obligations. We will 
of course continue to participate in the deliberations, and intend to monitor 
email discussions and the MP3 from tomorrow's meeting when it becomes
