chat...  Maybe we slightly tweak #1 to something like “solely on the basis of 
the fact that complaint under the UDRP has been filed or solely on the basis of 
the fact that a UDRP proceeding is ongoing”

  Kristine Dorrain:Yeah, sorry, taking a while to process here.  I think a lot 
of registrars will want must
  Luc Seufer:I am ok with should but complainant will have to bear with the 
consequences
  Matt Schneller:perhaps ..."settlement form" to the UDRP provider _indicating 
whether the domain name is to remain with the Respondent, be transferred to the 
Complainant, or be deleted_
  Matt Schneller:there was some initial concern to limit options in that form 
to keep it simple
  Matt Schneller:Whoops, I forgot an article: “solely on the basis of the fact 
that _a_ complaint under the UDRP has been filed or solely on the basis of the
