        Just a couple of comments:
        
        Item 9.a. 
        I will be sending my own message to the Registrar Constituency this 
week to keep them informed of the work that we've done in the OSC and call for 
volunteers for the WT.
        
        Item 10.b.ii
        I will confer with the RC alternate Mason Cole to see if he would have 
an interest in helping out in the Communications team.

                Here are my notes from today's meetings.  Please be aware that 
all of us have action items for this week.  ASAP, Rob and Ken Bour will be 
revising the three work team charters per decisions made in today's meeting and 
will also be developing a draft work team invitation.  They then will be 
sending those to the OSC list for review by all OSC members.  Please respond 
ASAP with any edits and ultimately with your approvals.
